Summary
This position is responsible for performing a range of duties such as receiving and processing incoming goods and supplies; handling pack out process; maintaining inventory; filling orders from inventory; packing and shipping orders; or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.
Responsibilities
- Picks and packs the perfect gifts for shipment.
- Gift wraps and ties bows to make the perfect gift.
- Hand-writes notes to include in gifts.
- Receives, processes, labels, and stores incoming stock.
- Maintains clear records on all fulfillment packets.
- Inspects all outbound gifts for damages and keeping records of damages.
- Organizes the warehouse space.
- Operates stock management tools, i.e., dolly, pallet jack etc.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed.
Requirements
- Detail Oriented with ability to catch the small things.
- Highly organized with excellent judgment about what is urgent and important.
- Takes initiative, natural self-starter, not afraid to ask questions.
- Ability to work effectively with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy.

- Legible handwriting.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Continually required to stand.
- Frequently required to bend or stoop
- Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Occasionally exposed to extreme heat or cold (non-weather).
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $16.50/hr-$23/hr. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills and business needs.
